Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth, Community, and Resilience

As we approach the end of 2024, SERVPRO® of Minneapolis NW reflects on a year filled with growth, challenges, and a deep commitment to serving our communities. This year, we’ve not only expanded our capabilities but also strengthened our bonds with the people and organizations that make what we do so rewarding.

A Year of Service and Growth

In 2024, SERVPRO of Minneapolis NW continued to build on our reputation as Minnesota’s largest SERVPRO franchise. Our Commercial Large Loss team took on some of the region’s most significant restoration challenges, showcasing the expertise and dedication that define our team.

We also expanded our outreach efforts, working with property management companies, schools, city halls, and first responders to deliver specialized cleaning and restoration services. Whether it was cleaning high school sports uniforms, supporting hurricane response efforts in Florida, or helping restore properties after unexpected disasters, our team proved time and again that we are ready to make it "Like it never even happened."

Community at the Heart of What We Do

Community engagement remained a cornerstone of our mission. From sponsoring youth sports teams across 30 cities to supporting Wright County Frontline Outreach at their annual golf tournament, we proudly gave back to the communities we serve. These partnerships are about more than just sponsorships—they’re about building relationships and making a positive impact.

We also took time to celebrate the extraordinary individuals on our team. From welcoming new babies into the SERVPRO family to applauding team members like Krystal, whose reliability and compassion inspire us all, 2024 was a year to honor the people who make Team Hickman exceptional.

As we gear up for the new year, we remain committed to excellence in restoration, cleanup, and construction services. Our focus on innovation, training, and community engagement will only grow stronger as we continue to serve you with integrity and care.
